The aim of our company, as it is already mentioned in the title – ICE SERVICE, is to provide our customers with a complete ice service. We realize that by selling ice machines our work just begins, therefore service of machines is on the first place.

We try to provide our customers with assurance that in case of failure of the machine, we can fix it promptly thanks to our trained technicians

• We regularly take part in Hoshizaki machines´ courses in Europe and discuss the latest news
• We look for alternative repairs on our own machines to shorten the repair time
• We are fanatics in our machines and we can repair 50 percent of failures by telephone with help of partly skilled customer, because they arise out of machines (water, electricity)
• We are often on the roads, and there foreal ways close to you
• Our central warehouse in Nitra has a very good logistical location for the entire Slovakia

We do not try to know something about everything, we want to know everything about one thing. Therefore, we concentrate only on Hoshizaki machines´ service, which we understand 100percent.
